No, it's pretty much all-or-nothing; the idea being it'll do a "default"
scoop which often does what you want, ie. leave the big table item in the
middle containing useful text. Not really relevant for that page
unfortunately.
To get a smarter scoop, the best thing to do is to turn off TableSmarts
and use the StoryStart and StoryEnd patterns to select the area you *do*
want.
BTW, that page would probably be quite large for a handheld screen anyway.
IMHO you'd get better results by trimming out the cities you're not
interested in.
e.g., looking at the page, to scoop SF weather, excluding everything else:
StoryStart: <a name="SFO">
StoryEnd: <a name="PAO">
For a site like this, where useful content is presented as a table, it
might be worthwhile setting "TableRender" to "flatten", or even "list" to
convert the table into a list using Robb Canfield's Exten::Table module.
