INCOMPATIBLE code changes: (watch out!!)
- '-dump' argument no longer implies '-text'.
- output files for Palms are now correctly .pdb instead of .prc.
- the sitescooper_{userid} directory on UNIX is now obsolete -- files
and directories just live in ~/.sitescooper.
Other, less visible code changes:
- <base href>: bug fixed
- -refresh -fromcache: bug fixed
- cache expiry much more infrequent
- some profiling and speedups
- NYTimes bug fixed -- again
- nicer AddURL support: now adds links to additional URLs and reorders stories
