The download of the chapters is failing at that point. I can't see any

As far as I know, there's no size limit on iSilo files, but
Sitescooper has a limit on its output file size. Use the -limit
command line argument to set a higher limit than the default limit of
200KB (as in "perl sitescooper.pl -limit 1000 ..." which would raise
the limit to 1000KB).
