Interesting problem, I didn't realise win98 limited the command line
length so badly!

I will modify sitescooper so that it creates a temporary configuration
file and points plucker-build at it.

2 questions for the Plucker guys:

  - do all current versions of plucker-build support a command line arg to
    use a user-specified config file?

  - are relative paths, or full paths, preferring in the config file?
