I've heard about this one, alright -- apparently Plucker doesn't like being installed in the "Program Files" folder because the folder name has a space in it. If you reinstall Plucker in C:\Plucker or similar, it should be OK... The other problem (the Palm install errors) are peculiar. Could you try deleting the "inst.txt" file in the Sitescooper directory, re-running sitescooper, and forwarding on the results?
