Works fine for me.

With the inclusion of perl & python in the standard cygwin distribution, it
has become unadvisable to make the cygwin /bin /usr/bin /usr/local/bin
directories part of your windows PATH. Bit of a bummer really, especially
for 'native' windows apps like sitescooper and emacs which use cygwin
utilities such as diff. You need to tell these apps where the diff exe is
(instead of relying on it picking it up from the path).
Does that make sense?
