        perl sitescooper.pl -plucker

should do the trick.  I think pretty much all the "not found"s were from
sitescooper trying to run the iSilo converter, or seeing if you used
gnome-pilot etc....

        perl sitescooper.pl -plucker -refresh

will re-create anything it thinks you've already read.
