I'm afraid not, but it's pretty simple.
First, find the URL -- this is the tricky bit, as AvantGo hide those in
their system nowadays. However David Desrosiers may be able to provide
URLs from the PODS database for the sites you're looking for.
Next, the site file; the process of writing one of these is described
in the documentation.

I think the top reason to use sitescooper is to download news sites, but
only the stories you haven't read before. Next after that is to strip off
the bits of the pages you don't want to read (like sidebars, ad banner
areas, etc.)
