    Options: -h | -? Displays this usage help information
             -iTitle T[i]tle (default title is name of source file)
                         (i.e., "-iThe Great American Novel")
             -y      Force overwrite of destination file if it exists
             -T      Force [T]ext conversion
             -rCR    [r]emove [CR] (ASCII 13) characters
             -rLF    [r]emove [LF] (ASCII 10) characters
             -c      [c]onvert CR characters to LF characters
             -sLB{n} Replace [s]ingle [L]ine [B]reaks with {n} spaces
                         If [n] is not specified, the default is 1.
                         (i.e., -sLB2 converts each tab to two line breaks)
             -tLB{n} Convert [t]ab (ASCII 9) characters to {n} line breaks
                         If [n] is not specified, the default is 2.
                         (i.e., -tLB3 converts each tab to three line 
breaks)
             -tS{n}  Convert [t]ab characters to {n} spaces (ASCII 32)
                         If [n] is not specified, the default is 8.

             -Ialt   Include [alt]ernative text of images
             -Is{n}  [s]cale images to a maximum width of {n} pixels
                         If [n] is not specified, the default is 156.
                         (i.e., -Is300 scales images to at most 300 pixels)
             -Ic     Improve image [c]ontrast
             -Id     [d]ither images
             -Idef   Include [I]mages and use these [def]ault options:
                         -Ialt     Include alternative text of images
