I am not sure what you mean by txt file.  Are you getting the .pbd file?  
What are you using as a converter?  iSilo, Plucker?  If you are having the 
same problem I was (the pdb file was not generating) then see this below 
and see if it helps.

I just downloaded and successfully tested the excellent sitescooper package
on my Win2k work(?)station,using iSiloC32. I had to tweak the Main.pm
package, because the title option for iSiloC32 messed things up.. The
original package sets a command line like this :

[snap] -i"Title with spaces" [snap]

But iSiloC32 (v. 2.58, on Windows platform) needs the double quotes *around*
the option, like this :

[snap] "-iTitle with spaces" [snap]

So I just changed two lines in Main.pm, in the sub convert_an_output_item,
to replace the quotes where they're needed :

"-i\"".$pdbtitle."\" "

replaced by :

"\"-i".$pdbtitle."\" "
