I am not sure what you mean by txt file. Are you getting the .pbd file? What are you using as a converter? iSilo, Plucker? If you are having the same problem I was (the pdb file was not generating) then see this below and see if it helps. >From Christophe Ollier: I just downloaded and successfully tested the excellent sitescooper package on my Win2k work(?)station, using iSiloC32. I had to tweak the Main.pm package, because the title option for iSiloC32 messed things up.. The original package sets a command line like this : [snap] -i"Title with spaces" [snap] But iSiloC32 (v. 2.58, on Windows platform) needs the double quotes *around* the option, like this : [snap] "-iTitle with spaces" [snap] So I just changed two lines in Main.pm, in the sub convert_an_output_item, to replace the quotes where they're needed : "-i\"".$pdbtitle."\" " replaced by : "\"-i".$pdbtitle."\" " Good luck, _______________________________________________ Sitescooper-talk mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/sitescooper-talk
