[scoop] Maintaining image names

Hi

I'm scooping Lib�ration, which has lovely illustrated-manuscript-esque initial 
letters for articles:

<img src='../../images/lettrines/p.gif' align='left'>our leur dernier Conseil 
europ&eacute;en...

The images disappeared when I scooped, so I put an ImageURL line in the site 
file and now they are downloaded, but the names get mapped:

<img src="10.gif" align='left'>our leur dernier Conseil europ&eacute;en...

This is fine to browse, put I need to map the images tags to single letters so 
that the text works, ie, map <img src='../../images/lettrines/p.gif' 
align='left'> to `P'.

Q >>>> Is there a way to maintain the names of the images?
