The first time I ran SiteScooper, it conveniently popped up a list in my
editor, of sites that it could scoop for me.

However, if I later want to change my settings for sites that I want to scoop,
is there some way to invoke that list-of-sites in my editor, again? Looking
around, I did see a file "site_choices.txt" in my sitescooper/tmp directory --
would changing that file do the trick?

I'm also thinking about creating some .site files of my own. The documentation
mentions that I can add my own sites to the "sites" directory, but I don't
have such a directory. If I create that directory and put my .site files
there, will SiteScooper automagically start scooping them?
