Hi,

the cvs version supports the switch -misilox which uses iSiloXC.exe (which must 
be in your path). I have imlemented this for the windows version of iSiloXC at a 
  time when no Linux version was available, so it probable works only on windows 
unless someone else has adopted it for Linux in the meantime.

BTW, the old version of isilo386 should be available from the old iSilo site:
http://www.isilo.com/old/index.htm
