hmm, strange.
It sounds a lot like it's broken ;) I would suggest using the
StoryHTMLPreProcess parameter instead. Note this text from
doc/site_params.html:
This parameter is deprecated, since the same processing is run for HTML
output, text output, DOC format etc., and levels are not differentiated.
Using the <a href="#LevelNHTMLPreProcess">LevelNHTMLPreProcess</a>
parameters is recommended instead.
