For more than 30 years, Seva Foundation has served people around the
world who are struggling for health, cultural survival and
sustainability in their communities. We call our work "compassion in action".
Working in nine countries in addition to the United States, Seva
Foundation provides financial resources and technical expertise to
help communities build sustainable solutions to poverty and disease.
The projects evolve, but our approach is always the same we build
partnerships that respect the cultures and traditional wisdom of the
people we serve and we focus on solutions that can be sustained by
local communities.
As a founding board member, Wavy Gravy has been tirelessly raising
FUNds for Seva Foundation through musical events, since it's inception in 1979.
