As of this writing, all government sites for accessing or downloading the
Criminal Code of Canada have been inaccessible since last Friday. The Code
can still be accessed at http://www.canlii.org/ca/sta/c-46/ I do not
believe this is an accident. Tonight I bring true stories of the Canadian
courtroom AND excerpts from the new Canadian Instant Affidavit presently
under construction to demonstrate why the government might believe it has
cause to impair the peoples remedy. Thats 9 PM EST, (Sunday, October 5)

Tonights program will be critical to patriots facing courtroom challenges
regardless of location. The Canadian Instant Affidavit is a blueprint for
reclaiming the courtrooms of North America regardless of venue; part of a
vast coordinated strategic plan for those who will not lay down to fraud,
worship pagan idols, facilitate delusion or have their lives ruined by
monsters of lies operating as masters of law. These synchronized tools
allow us to control the de facto courtroom by using the judges own
admissions to deflate eager-beaver peace officers and exert our sovereignty,
backed up by BIC instruments (thousands of which have been accepted and
processed by Treasury), commercial defaults and liens, Instant Affidavits,
criminal complaints, peace bonds, arrest warrants and the vast knowledge
base freely available in the archives of TAKE NO PRISONERS since July 20
2008. Through this broadcast and the North American Event at the end of the
month, patriots should NEVER AGAIN feel helpless. Tonight's broadcast
brings forth the tangible enforcement technology.
The use of the Instant Affidavit is well proven over the last few years.
But many Americans still seem compelled to choose helplessness and fear.

to the status of a procedural phantom. I believe I can offer a simple
