As such would lawfully be headed up by the governor or president of Alabama State were today's life in these dis-united States anything like usual, either they have one or it is most likely in the works. Actually, although it is often said that there has to be a full compliment of actual States of the Union of States to make things proper, that is bull durum! There hasn't been a State added to the original union since either AD1789 or AD 1861 depending who's looking at it! It does seem few remember any more that ALL the States were originally conceived as independent republic nation States.
