*Dentist De-Fangs Lawyer with Jurisdictionary Tactics!*

Went to appear as defendant in court on a Monday in January. Attorney suing
me had five other cases and was not prepared to present his case against me.
He asked if I would like to start.

Learned from Jurisdictionary that defendant should require the plaintiff to
state his case before the defendant begins offering facts in defense, facts
the plaintiff may not know about, facts that could help the plaintiff win.

So, I refused to go first and demanded that the plaintiff start.

Plaintiff's attorney then requested a continuance until 4PM. I told the
court that was not acceptable to me, so judge rescheduled the case for the
following Monday.

Two days later, a letter arrived from the plaintiff's lawyer stating that
they dropped the case and asking me to take the letter to the judge,
thinking the judge would dismiss the case *without prejudice *so the
plaintiff could bring his case again.

Instead, based on what I learned from Jurisdictionary, I filed a motion for
an order dismissing the case *with prejudice*, and the case was dismissed *with
prejudice. *The case cannot be brought against me again!

What a help your course has been. Thank you. I send all my friends to your
