The RPOA (revocation of power of attorney) is a common law filing and
done so in your county or any county really where proof of service
enforced any particular agency.  You have to file this document a
large number of times because of all the agencies involved in the
fraud against you, but it does work.  Warrants for arrest are
destroyed and men and women are released from incarceration.
