Bob~

You call these “changes” and I call them “charges”; reason
being due to these elements under discussion’s fractile (Actually in either
sense of the word) effects on my pretty well worked knowledge base of their
relatings.
I started to read it, then decided to scansion it for it pretty soon started
making large swells of information wash in my lately beleaguered head! I
finished it tonight and am amazed at the number of good matches and as well
disappoints
at the goodly array of uncertainty left. Obviously the conclusions we have come
to in the past as to the gaposis array and black holes available in the last
three significant documents of the 18th century are adequately
briefed in the material but to me there were significant references to the
powers of/in New York (Without specific mention of the head of European Royalty
or head of finances) which rang bells but for me only dimly. The absent mention
of the Society of Columbus (Or was it Columbia?)
and other euro-linked political forces, for me both confirmed as well as
widened previous gaps for me!

That’s sort of the way it went all the way through and as I
attempt to close some of those gaps, as well as segregate much of the legalese
to be correlated with the known, it will take time. Any confirmations you make
on the constant historical potholes ostensibly filled by these two, please pass
along as I will report any lasting dilemmas and doubts to you that you to the
contrary may have reason to find comfort with. I’ll strive to turn what often
has appeared to me to be mere “charges” into change of paradigm/perception of
facts!

If little else, this piece will serve to show two things you
and I well know about the language shifts over just the past two hundred years;
the common thread and meanings has shifted in direct proportion of increase
to the passing and shifting times in America, and the contortions and
convolutions attributable to liawyers is horrendous to say the least!

Subject: Missing Constitutional History you should know about...

To All:

The
attachment
hereto is a communication I just received today. It is
absolutely mind-blowing in its revelations. It was sent to Fred Smart,
the WTP Regional Coordinator who forwarded it to me. This James
Madison is a "direct descendant" of the Father of the Constitution. The
communication is between him and a friend out West. It fills a niche in
Constitutional
History that has been missing at least to me and I am certainly
grateful to learn of
its existence. I knew that the purpose of the War of 1812 was to
destroy documents of the formation of the original government, but did
not know of the extent that this transpired. In the commentary
attached you will learn how the original document was altered for the benefit
of the European Establishment in the 1840's and that the document on display as
the "Original" is not the "Original" but a document written in a different
style from the "Original." Any student of the Constitution will want to
understand the implications of these changes.
