Eyewitness account [my own] Working at one of the premier car washes in Austin, TX, I have seen quite a bit and been very observant of DoD stickers, Homeland Security vehicles (ICE Police get out in black uniforms [yes the black uniforms]), and a particular Mercedes Benz S500. I noticed the glass as it pulled up into the carwash through my polarized sun glasses. Something strange was in the window giving it a rainbow-like prizm. When I pulled the vehicle up and rolled down the driver window, I immediately noticed that it was thick bullet-proof glass and getting out of the vehicle I then realized the heaviness of the door was the bullet proofed armor. It is a black Mercedes-Benz S500 armored to the "T". The employees at the carwash told me after I pointed it out that this "Latino" in the suit worked for the consulate [or embassy?] and traveled to and from Mexico regularly. There were no 'special' stickers or indicators on the vehicle of this nature and the license plates are just regular Texas plates. The reason this prompted me to write this as quick as possible this morning is that Janet Napolitano has snubbed Rick Perry in assistance with border violence with the recent-US-Mexico Consulate shootings and seems that they 'want' this to continue just like the individual (sent anonymously[protecting identity of the person] ) to me about my information on Russian security forces being called in to help quell domestic unrest ----- he called the congress office to ask them to investigate the matter and they intentionally did not get back to him on this and it seems to be the same response Napolitano has given Rick Perry in a snub.
