Thanks Eileen~ An observation: The original 13 Nation State Republic organizations did not start from county and work up. Counties were colony subdivisions which became State subdivisions. It was the States which became independent and free. Counties were then given internal control and independent political status within each to follow the general legislation of the state to which they contributed and participated equally as to state sovereignty, with the source of all sovereignty remaining with landed Men individually; franchise depending upon ownership of God's Earth as His Stewards, where a Man's home is his castle.This "Castle Doctrine" physically follows all of one's possessions once allodium per se has been established. Question: I thought the "assemblies" were a TT idea? Outlook: The Law is established and lies either abused or abandoned and is fully functional with and in regard of/to a de Jure holding. To re-establish an idled office, it needs to be either re-instuted intoan actual holding from its state of absence, or reclaimed from whatever de-facto occupancy presently in its place. There is uncertainty as to the acceptability/lawfulness of a de Facto office existing for the purpose of contractual administration while such is co-existing alongside a de Jure office. Further: It would not be unwise to consider the current mental attitude of those presently holding a contingent of helicopter gunships in relation to their willing surrender of power! ~Hal~

The power and authority is at the county level, and that is where I want to be, but if needed, I would certainly assist with the grand jury process that Sam is advocating. However, I've been informed he has enough members in my state. The county assemblies are forming their own county courts, and judicial officers and clerks. They are appointing Rangers, and with the proper county court paperwork, they can walk someone out of the county/state jail, even federal. We will be able to stop foreclosures by conducting our own trial on the matter, summoning in the proper parties, and entering a foreign judgment into the corporate court. The court will be able to give us the judgment we have been looking for on our administrative processes. As for the rift, it is a difference of what we are attempting to do, and how it is done, and I'm not taking sides, I am praying that all are successful. I found the best way for me to participate, and the best protection for me, is to be a part of the assembly on the county. In Washington state, we started at the state level about 15 years ago, trying to re-establish a lawful state government, and then they found out they were going about it all wrong because government starts at the county level, so now we are re-establishing lawful government at the county level, and then we will be able to elect state officers, and from there all the states can go national. At least, that is my current understanding. The difference between the two groups is this. Sam's group is going state by state to the elected officers, demanding that they re-take their oath of office or be tried by a grand jury, which may or may not be the way to go, but God bless him for his group's efforts. They are certainly sticking their necks out, and I pray for their protection. The county assemblies, on the other hand, do not intend to interfere with the corporate governments unless or until they interfere with us. We are willing to let them exist as long as they don't usurp authority over those of us in the county assemblies, who are the real authority in the county. No more victimless crimes, no more building permits, no more IRS. Our rangers will run them out of the county. We are prepared to try county/state officials who violate our rights.
