I doubt RAP is going to work, but there is something that is working! The guardian elders were working with the county assemblies (www.oursammie.net and www.assemblypost.com) and when the assemblies were ready to make their public declaration and notices to the government offices, the guardian elders broke off from the county assemblies in order to "beat them to the punch" with their own version of restoring the republic.
The assemblies are working from the ground up, re-inhabiting the offices of the republic on the county level which were vacated long ago. The authority of the people is on the county level. The offices are still there, but no one has been occupying them. RAP was going after the corporation from the top down. It was in total opposition to what the assemblies were planning, it was doomed to fail, and it caused a division between the guardians and the assemblies. I hope there will be a repair of the breach soon. Perhaps the people involved in the RAP will reunite with the county assemblies. If you want to restore the republic, I suggest you go to www.oursammie.net and find out who to contact in your state and county to take part at the county level. We are not trying to overthrow the corporation, we are just re-establishing the civil authority on the land, which is what the military has to obey. We cannot wait for the corporation to voluntarily lay down its corporate status and go back to the de jure status. It isn't going to happen, and we can't threaten them into it, either. It is up to the sovereign people to take responsibility for filling the offices of the Republic at the county level. The house is still there, it has been vacant for a long time, but it belongs to us, and if we want it back, we have to move into it and fix it. We can't keep waiting for "them" to fix it. The Republic is now being inhabited. Everyone needs to be a part of this. If you don't get involved at the county level, you are a part of the problem instead of the solution. No point in complaining about what the corporation is doing if you are not committed enough to take part in the solution.
