(thanks to Connie for f'wdg) there was also an article in the Sunday Cols (Ohio) Dispatch newspaper, titled, "Sheriff had warned of Ohioans killed in Arkansas." of course, both articles depict them as, "Members of so-called patriot groups (who) don’t recognize the authority of the U.S. government and consider themselves sovereign citizens." so, for all you 'patriots' who hold this belief, beware!! things are going to get much worse as these kind of incidents occur and/or are staged. while listening to the Larry Becraft & Tom Cryer show, Saturday, 5/22, the Kane situation was discussed. one of the main issues of this discussion pointed out how many Americans are getting fed up with government oppression. it's apparent, by many persons who knew the Kane's, the father was being pushed beyond his limits. granted, he probably caused many of the confrontations with the powers-that-be, however, when one questions, resists, or challenges authority, especially, when the authority is becoming tyrannical as has been happening in America over the past 100 yrs, various individuals will become violent. this is human nature; however, since governments are the 'almighty,' violence will not be tolerated if their 'slaves' get restless. America knows this only too well.... Ruby Ridge, Waco, along with many other violent situations by guv thugs. when a country continually experiences attacks on their person, liberty & property by guv hirelings this, in turn, creates unrest, which, as history so well proves, can accelerate to violent means. however, this doesn't condone violence. as was pointed out on the program, there are so many ways Americans could peacefully bring this nation to its knees if only they would study history & learn how to use the tools our Forefathers bestowed. for instance, replacing elected officials with another republican, or democrat isn't the answer... they all have their own agenda. the entire Congress needs to be replaced with an entirely different bunch of clowns. if that doesn't work, then the American peeps had better protest by refusing to participate in anymore guv entitlements, or programs... and, this means a massive protest... not just a few who are gonna end up in the gulag for some tax crime, or other 'micky mouse' charge. that approach, any longer, isn't worth it. the courts are becoming more corrupt & tyrannical. no one is going to get a fair trial when it comes to any guv challenge. which brings another subject to the table, that wasn't discussed on the Becraft/Cryer program. who is more violent than governments? all it takes is a stamp of approval by all guv miscreants in order to 'legally' commit murder, maim, cause mass destruction & complete annihilation of whoever they deem targets. they don't have to be accountable for any of these crimes. when law enforcement hirelings, or military forces are used to commit violence of mass destruction, the masses of asses give a Roman 'thumbs up' to kill the enemy, or whoever stands in their way for disagreeing, or protesting the 'kings' laws/regs/public policies. this is a sociological 'taken-for-granted' attitude. the 'king' can do no wrong, therefore, the 'slaves' will be punished. as for the pukes from the southern poverty law center who never write about how guv thugs murder, torture, destroy & annihilate the masses, these fork-tongued, demonic assaholics are nothing more than anti-American & creatures of terrorism. this brings to the table the question of, who cares about any of the above? even if terrorists, or evil doers, who attack this country, were proven to be manipulated by persons behind closed doors, which are controlled by the powers-that-be, who cares? most peeps think these conspiratorial theories are nothing more than fantasy. one must always believe & never question what the 'king' & its regime dictate because they are our almighty rulers!!! as the old saying goes, 'we have met the enemy & the enemy is US.' feel free to distribute to whomever you want... any kind, decent, logical, intelligent comments are welcome... pat Sent: Sunday, May 23, 2010 9:06 AM Ohioan’s anti-government views built over years He talked of ‘suicide by cop,’ friend says Sunday, May 23, 2010 2:58 AM >From wire reports Jerry Kane, right, 45, and his son Joseph, believed to be 16, in a photo from a website promoting classes on fighting foreclosure As a young man, Columbus native Jerry Kane wanted to change government. The extreme views against public officials that he would hold years later were not yet solidified. But there were hints. Kane moved to Springfield as a child with his family in 1975, and he ran for city commission three times, the first time when he was 18 in 1983. He was already looking askance at society, he told a recent audience of his radio podcast. Years later, his resentment of authority and run-ins with the law were enough for the Clark County sheriff to warn that Kane could be dangerous if confronted by law enforcement. Last week, the Forest, Ohio, resident and his teenage son, Joseph, were killed in a shootout with police in Arkansas. The two are suspected of having fatally shot two Arkansas police officers during a traffic stop about 90 minutes earlier. West Memphis police Sgt. Brandon Paudert, 39, and Officer Bill Evans, 38, were attacked with AK-47 assault rifles after they stopped a minivan on I-40 in West Memphis. Jerry Kane, who had a long history with police, used the Internet to question federal and local governments’ authority over him. He recently complained about being busted at a “Nazi checkpoint” near Carrizozo, N.M., where court records show he spent three days in jail before posting a $1,500 bond on charges of driving without a license and concealing his identity. Clark County, Ohio, Sheriff Gene Kelly said he issued a warning to law enforcement about Kane in July 2004, after Kane said a judge had tried to “enslave” him by sentencing him to six days of community service for driving with an expired license plate and no seat belt. Kane claimed he was a “free man” and asked for $100,000 per day in gold or silver, Kelly said. Friends said that Kane had changed after the death of a baby daughter from SIDS in the 1990s. “He went off the deep end,” said Tim Baulky, who had served with him in the Army Reserve in the late 1980s. Baulky said Kane had predicted he would die in grand fashion one day. “He had claimed more than once it would be suicide by cop, and he was going to take as many of them with him as he could,” Baulky said. “Everybody knew something like this would happen. It’s not that he wanted to die; he wanted to go out in a blaze of glory. He wanted his name to live forever.” In a video on YouTube, Jerry Kane is seen giving a lecture in 2009 on his philosophy and says, “I don’t want to have to kill anybody, but if they keep messing with me ... that’s what it’s going to come down to, is I’m going to have to kill. And if I have to kill one, then I’m not going to be able to stop, I just know it.” Kane made money by holding debt-elimination seminars around the country. JJ MacNab, a Maryland-based insurance analyst who has testified before Congress on tax and financial scams, said she had been tracking Kane for about two years and that his business centered on debt-avoidance scams. “He basically promised them they would never have to repay their mortgage or credit-card debt,” MacNab said. Signs of Kane’s anti-government beliefs were apparent in a lengthy fight against the foreclosure on his Springfield home. Months after Kane and his wife bought the home, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Homecomings Financial Network filed for foreclosure with Clark County Common Pleas Court.
