Bob~ I have never liked Steele because of his attitude but THIS IS A SIMPLE 
FRAME-UP!
What there is no question of, is the diabolical evil these con-men frame-up 
artists have nestled deep within their worthless souls! Admittedly though with 
some reluctance, I must pray for his safe keeping and defeat of the unjust!~Hal~

This response sheds some light on what could be done to frame a person. I am 
not suggesting that was the case one way or the other, but am sending this so 
you know what technology makes possible.

It is not necessary to edit and splice audio recordings to fabricate something 
incriminating. That usually leaves some traces that can be detected. A better 
solution, which the feds and others make regular use of, is vocoder technology, 
that enables changing the voice of one person into that of another in real 
time. Such technology is available to the public. See the following:

All the prosecution needs is someone who can speak using a choice of words and 
inflection of the target, and the result could fool your mother. Spread the
