This coming upsurge may not be all that intense but combined with a flammable Gulf of Mexico and gasoline rain during Global Climate Warming - - well, things might get a bit volitile. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I had forgotten how long it has been since I was tracking all this (2001 or so). I have not given it much consideration lately.
