 I have no idea who builds those RPMs - or even how to build a RPM for that 
matter.
 You'd probably be better off contacting the RPM's maintainer directly.

 s6-memoryhog is special in any case. It's undocumented and unexported. And it's
going away in the next release, because it's just a platform testing tool that I
included in s6-portable-utils for my own convenience, but has no real business 
in
a utility package.
