No, it means that s6-networking is the package where bugs could most likely turn into security issues - and it's normal that people would be especially sensitive to it considering it hosts s6-tlsc and s6-tlsd. And since a bug was precisely fixed in these binaries, I wanted to make it clear it did not impact security. :) (The bug was a wrong error message in an error case.)
