I had provisionally chosen .pdfd as the file extension for PDF bundles (the d stands for directory it's pretty common for bundles, thing .rtfd, .scptd). However there seems to be something like a PDFD format (though I cannot find too much info about it and seems some specialization of PDF). Does anyone know anything about it? Or should we use another extension/file type?
