Well, of course, everything is possible. But PDFKit would be useless,  
we would have to basically reimplement it. Anyway, it's even on a  
more mundane level not possible: where to put the text" 16x16 pixels  
is far too small, and overlaying the text of the page is no option,  
it's not even guaranteed to fit there.
