Xcode is such a steaming pile of crap. Okay, in Skim my mouseUp: and mouseDragged: messages were sent to the console app, and the rest were sent to Xcode's run log. I don't know about the test app, and I'm too pissed off at Xcode's right now to look again. Feels like typing on an ssh connection over a 1200 baud modem; "5 times faster editing" my ass... Anyway, it looks like mouseDragged: is called when dragging or resizing an annotation, and mouseUp: is called after the mouseDragged: event stops. For highlighting, mouseUp: is still never called.
