Adam, perhaps you have an idea on this. With some PDFs, I see a considerable memory leak in thumbnail drawing (in some cases 100MB). I tracked the trouble to -[PDFPage drawWithBox]. The PDFView sometimes drops graphics from the offending pages and does not seem to have the leak and slowdown, at least not as much. The thumbnails never drop graphics. I can send a file if you want (can't attach it on the list).
