Hi, Thanks for the help and for adding the stdout option...that's just what I needed.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but skimnotes will generate a completely empty file for any pdf that has no skim notes. Would it be possible to avoid generating this file all together in the case of no notes? I'm thinking that one could recurse over an entire directory tree of pdfs exporting the notes (for backup, collaborative sharing, publishing, etc) for all files that had been marked up. Of course, afterwards you could go over it removing all those files that were empty, but it seems better not to generate them to begin with.
