thanks for the helpful replies about renumbering.
begging the indulgence of this group:
perhaps one of you has a good suggestion about the
best way to have my scanned articles/chapters ocr'ed
so i can use skim to highlight and take notes.
(theability to renumber pages is also a important)
i recently got a canon scanner which came with
omnipage SE. it does not do a very good job. acrobat
does both ocr and things like renumbering but are
there any good competitors?
