That's not an error from us, so it must come from Apple's framework. Also I'd say that deleting temporary items should never be a problem. Moreover, this problem should not be so critical that it prevents you from saving (and we never do). So either your permissions are messed up, or this is a bug in Apple's frameworks. As I have not yet heard from this before, it's almost certainly the permissions. You can fix this using Disk Utility, just be patient as it takes a long time on Leopard.
