sorry.. for got to add:
how can i get the page numbers from inside the pdf? that is, although there
might be , say 2 pages in the pdf file, the page numbers in the doc might be
97 and 98 from a lerger work. in this case, the pdf has been renumbered and
those are the numbers i'd like to export using my template.
it must be simple (since the default export feature already does it), but the
template language is not obvious to me. ;-)
