Sorry, that's a bug in the FDF export. I have it fixed in the source for the next release.
(if you want, you can manually fix the FDF files by everywhere replacing "/Type/Annot/Subtype" by "/Type/Annot/Subtype/", make sure you open and save the file as plain text in ISO Latin 1 encoding).
