Is this currently working? I checked the skimnotes version and it shows
2.3.1.
However, convert from pdf to pdfd does nothing and from pdfd to pdf makes an
empty folder with the given name.

The next version of the skimnotes CLT (version 2.3) will be able to
handle PDF bundles, including conversions.
