Mark, Thanks for your comment on this problem with JSTOR pdfs. I've been puzzled - as you say, it seems to result from a fairly recent change at JSTOR [unless the recent OS 10 security update is the cause?]. I was thinking of contacting my university library, hadn't thought it might be an Apple issue but you seem to have determined that is the case. I can access single pages one after another, but attempting to save or print leads (as you say) to the cover page only.
