I love Skim and find it to be an indispensable for my research. I also love my iPhone and have recently come across an iPhone application that has superficial functional similarities to Skim. The application is Annotater and its iTunes URL is

In the meantime, I think the Annotater and Skim dev teams really could learn a lot from each other.
