Hi, yesterday we moved the Skim wiki over to the sourceforge hosted
wiki feature. This should mean that it will work more reliably and
stay updated, which is good, especially because the old wiki had been
broken for a long time.

It will be much easier to upload files/images/etc to the wiki now.

It also means that although the content has been copied over, the wiki
accounts have changed.

Anyone can view the wiki, but now you will need a sourceforge.net user
account (free) to edit the wiki. Your username on the wiki will be the
same as your sourceforge user name, and your password will be handled
by sourceforge's login procedure.

You will also need to ask one of the wiki admins (currently myself or
Mike), to allow you to edit pages. Unfortunately it seems that this
extra step is necessary.

SO: the procedure for getting going on the new, actually working wiki
is as follows:

1 get a sourceforge user account
2 log in to sourceforge
3 visit the Skim wiki using HTTPS (or use HTTP and click the 'login'
link)
4 now you have a wiki account, and it needs to be upgraded to 'editor'
rights, so email one of us.

Let me know if you have any questions, and thanks!
Christiaan
