I've been annotating PDFs of web-pages which come to me with a lot of blank space in the lower half: room to for me to add three or four page-wide notes one above the other, with horizontal strips of white space between them.
Are there tricks for getting all three/four/five notes equally wide and exactly aligned a) before starting text entry? b) after completing text entry?
