I'm trying to automate conversion of PDFs with Preview/Acrobat notes to Skim notes for use with an iAnnotate(iPad)/Skim/BibDesk workflow. Is there a command-line tool to do this? I could use AppleScript, but then Skim would have to start, open each file, convert it, and save it out. I notice that the skimnotes tool has a convert option, but that just changes a PDF to a PDFB.
