Would it be reasonable to disable anonymous comments on the trackers? I watch the RSS feed, and there are about a dozen spam entries per day on the "iPad support" request, which overwhelms the actual content on the feed. I couldn't find a way to disable comments without closing the report, unfortunately :(.
