For my understanding, it would be perfectly possible.
Nowadays rows can be implemented optional and every user can decide
whether needed.
As I do not know what a feature bloat exactly is, please explain that,
for that I consider it for further questions or suggestions I may have.
My thinking may be totally wrong, but I thought skim is for notes in
the first line.
