Thanks. I only use text tool (in fact I just want to be able
to click in the pdf without getting the notes). It can be that
I press Cmd-5 by accident (close to Cmd-T which I use to
run latex in a text editor, to build the pdf). Which brings me
to the next question: can I bind Note tool to another key
combination than Cmd-5?

BTW, I am a great fan of Skim !
