Ha, a non-trivial zoom factor! I don't think so, but not exactly sure what
you mean. I have two-page continuous with open files default enabled. I
usually zoom in a bit so that the side margins are hidden.
In general, I'm not really sure how to go about debugging this. Is there
some way I can make sure that Skim is detecting the shift-command-click?
