So then why would they "correct" this in Preview? Of they think it's wrong for 
Preview, they *must* decide it;s wrong for *any* PDF viewer, otherwise they're 
just inconsistent and stupid. Also, the action is called goToNextPage, and 
"next" should mean a higher index, not a lower one. Moreover, the standard way 
to order things in most of the world (especially the western) is top to bottom, 
not the other way around. So it does not make sense this way.
