Christiaan, I experience another (potential) bug: After clicking the arrow button (which would produce an arrow on the PDF page), I can see the two handlers, but the arrow itself is invisible. Also changing the color and line thickness does not make the arrow visible. Skim 1.4.15 (89) on Mac OS 10.11.1 (15B42).
