run Skim in "Fit" mode. open a pdf file. expand the Skim window by
dragging the left bottom towards the south-east. then when Skim detects a
file change and reloads the file, the contents page mysteriously moves up
and needs to be dragged down again. Because it worked in 10.11, I presume
it is another 10.12 bug. hope this helps. /iaw
